The EU AI Act entered full enforcement in 2026. A CFO, CHRO, or CEO presenting a major workforce investment to their board needs to be able to answer the question: “Why does the system recommend this?” With full specificity. With traceable data. With a clear articulation of the trade-offs evaluated and the assumptions underlying the recommendation.
