Pioneering a New Discipline in Enterprise Intelligence

navio.work was founded on a conviction: that the most valuable asset in any enterprise is managed with the least financial rigour. We are here to change that. By building the intersection of advanced AI, financial modelling, and workforce strategy, we are creating the category of Workforce Capital Allocation - and the definitive platform that makes it operational.

Our Mission

To transform human capital from an opaque cost centre into a measurable, high-yield asset - and to give C-suite leaders the intelligence required to allocate it with precision, confidence, and accountability.

Data-Led. Value-Driven. Enterprise-Ready.

These three principles are not a tagline. They are the engineering philosophy behind every element of the navio.work Decision Engine. Data-Led means every recommendation is grounded in quantifiable, auditable intelligence — never intuition. Value-Driven means every output is oriented towards economic return and strategic advantage. Enterprise-Ready means the platform meets the compliance, governance, and scalability demands of the world's most complex organisations.

Simon Mayrhofer

Founder

Simon founded navio.work to solve a problem he observed across large, complex organisations: the persistent gap between strategic intent and workforce execution. With a background in engineering and architecting industrial-grade enterprise systems, he brings the discipline of complex systems design to the most human of challenges.

The navio.work Decision Engine is his answer to a fundamental question: what would it look like if enterprises managed their people with the same financial rigour they apply to their capital assets?

Simon leads the product development of the NDE, working at the intersection of explainable AI, financial modelling, and enterprise workforce strategy.

We Are Building Something Significant.

navio.work is currently in product development, and we are selectively engaging enterprise partners and strategic investors who want to be part of shaping this category. If that is you, we would welcome a conversation.
